FEED MILL GRAIN LOGISTIC TERMINAL
Description: The FLEXIPORT unloading system was chosen for unloading non-free flowing materials for the Garant Feed Mill. The FLEXIPORT unloader has a digging device that feeds the nozzle while loosening very compacted material like soya meal.
To optimize the installation, given the local condition of two railway lines that run between the silos and the water, a steel bridge to hold the unloader and loader system has been installed. The unloading and loading capacity is 150 mі/h.
Unloading operation: With 2 kick-in kick-out functions, luffing and slewing movements allow the digging device to reach all points of the ship. The material, after entering the vertical conveying pipes and horizontal pipe, enters the filter where the air and products are separated. The clean air goes to the blower station, 2 single NEUERO blowers connected in series. The product, after leaving the airlock, feeds a chain conveyor. This conveyor feeds a bucket elevator inside the silo.
Loading operation: Material from the silo comes from a bucket elevator and feeds the same chain conveyor used in unloading. This chain conveyor will run in reverse during the loading operation. The chain conveyor feeds the loading spout that can swivel, be luffed and telescoped in order to load the ship.
