Technical data:

  • Capacity: 800 t/h based on Wheat
  • Ship size: up to 65.000 DWT Panamax type
  • Bucket elevator: 800 t/h capacity to feed the loading boom from the material received from quay conveyors.
  • Power: LV power supplied via electric driven cable drum
  • Control: control cable and cable drum for interlocking with the conveying system


Movements:

  • travelling on rails with frequency inverter drives for speed control
  • swivelling of upper structure with planetary gear and sluing rim hydraulic drive
  • luffing and lowering the boom via electric winch
  • kick in kick out hydraulic cylinder
  • vertical telescopic pipe with electric winch operation 

And

  • With operator cabin, PLC controlled electric panel
  • With all safety devices according the DIN ISO standards
