Pneumatic Unloaders 100 t/h each
- Description:
- 2 fixed pneumatic unloaders mounted on a floating pier, with capacity of
100 t/h each, 16,5 m suction boom and telescopic range of
6,0 m. This system will replace an heavy mechanical system that will be
dismantled. Both unloaders will be operated from a cabin located between the
unloaders. Each unloader will feed a belt conveyor that will feed the main
conveyor that connects the floating pier to the land. Both unloaders will be
interlocked with a central control panel for entire Grain Terminal. Each
unloader is divided in boom together with a filter column and the sound
insulated machinery house where 2 single-stage blowers connected in series
supply the necessary air flow to the unloading system.
