Capacity:
Conveying rates will vary with the type of product
conveyed and conveying distance. Rates for most pelleted products range from
40,000-60,000 pounds per hour. Maximum conveying rates under ideal conditions is
approximately 80,000 pounds per hour.
Power Unit:
John Deere industrial diesel model 4045D, four cylinder
engine. Continuous power rating of 72hp (54KW) @ 2500RPM. Power unit is equipped
with gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, ammeter, and tachometer mounted
on engine panel. Safety shut down switches are provided for low oil pressure,
high coolant temperature, and rotary airlock blockage. Estimated fuel
consumption is 4-5 gal (15-18L) per hour.
Frame mounted fuel tank with 50 gal (189L) capacity.

Blower Drive:
Automatic self engaging clutch to
banded V-Belt drive.
Airlock Drive:
Hydraulic airlock drive with reversing
feature to clear foreign material blockage.
Safety switch for airlock stoppage.
Rotary Airlock Valve:
Special high quality cast iron. Optional chrome plated
inner housing and stainless steel rotor. 1.1cu ft. per revolution. Open end
rotor with outboard bearings.
Turbo Blower:
High pressure centrifugal, two stage blower consisting
of two cast aluminum impellers. Impellers are dynamically and statically
balanced. Impeller diameter; 291/2" (750mm) Operating speed 4500RPM. Blower
assembly mounted on heavy duty bearing block with two enclosed bearings.
Automatic Air Flow Regulator:
The special Neuero automatic air regulator is designed
to allow the operator to maintain maximum efficiency when conveying.
Automatically adjusts during periods when little or no material is being
conveyed to conserve fuel.
Primary Machine Cyclone:
One piece welded carbon steel construction
With 9 gauge upper intake section and 11 gauge cone
section. Cleanout/inspection door provided. Inner screen protects turbo blowers
from material carryover.
Optional stainless steel cyclone is two piece
construction, 12 gauge (2.65mm) thickness. Cleanout/inspection doors provided.
Stainless steel inner screen protects turbo blowers from material carryover.
Frame and Running Gear:
Box frame square tubing construction with single high -
speed axle and suspension. Ground clearance 8" (210mm)
