CONVEYING CAPACITY:
Conveying rates will vary with the type of material to
be conveyed and conveying distances. For short transfers rates will exceed
100,000 pounds per hour. At distances of several hundred feet capacities in
excess of 30,00 pounds per hour have been achieved.
POWER UNIT:
Diesel: John Deere, 6068T140HP(104KW) Power unit is
equipped with gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, ammeter, and
tachometer mounted on engine panel. Safety shut down switches are provided for
low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, and rotary airlock blockage.
Estimated fuel consumption is 5 –7 gal (19-25L). Frame mounted fuel tank with
50 gal. (189L) capacity.

BLOWER DRIVE:
Auto engaging clutch with banded V-belt drive to blower
assemblies.
ROTARY AIRLOCK DRIVE:
Hydraulic drive with reversing feature to clear blockage
and auto engine shut down.
ROTARY AIRLOCK VALVE:
Heavy duty cast construction with chrome plated chamber
and stainless steel, open end rotor. Eight pocket rotor has a capacity of 2.6cu.
ft. per revolution. Outboard bearings prevent dust contamination.
BLOWER UNIT:
Vacuum: High pressure
centrifugal, two stage blower consisting of 2 high quality cast aluminum
impellers. Impellers are dynamically and statically balanced. Impeller diameter
is 291/2" (750mm) Operating speed is 4500RPM. The blower assembly is
mounted on a heavy duty bearing block with two enclosed bearings. Pressure:
Positive displacement, rotary lobe blower. One piece rotor assemblies with
oversize shafts and high strength cast housing.
Rotor assemblies are dynamically and statically balanced.
Operating speed is 2900RPM.
AUTOMATIC AIR-FLOW REGULATOR:
Special Neuero design with easy to read dial indicator
to show operator when maximum efficiency is being obtained. Automatically
reduces the load on the engine.
PRIMARY MACHINE CYCLONE:
The cyclone is a high efficiency stainless steel of two
piece construction. The cyclone also has a stainless steel protective inner
screen to prevent any foreign objects from being carried over to the turbo
blower. Additional two stage in-line filter protects the turbo blowers from dust
carrover.
FRAME AND RUNNING GEAR:
Box frame square tubing construction with tandem, high
speed axles and suspension. Maximum towing speed 55mph (88K/H)
